Hong Kong

So right now I'm in Hong Kong. The sky is full of smog. On top of that, it's topped up with regular fog. Anyway, it's a busy city, where everyone is rushing, unlike calm Tokyo.
Anyway, I met up with the brother of a friend who left Japan about 2 years ago, since the friend is off on a boat trip somewhere, and won't be coming home until we leave China.
We visited the bird market, which I'm not particularly fond of, since for me, it's pretty much covered in despair. You have 20 or so birds trapped in a cage with enough space to ensure one of them gets scratched every time a bird tries to fly. There was also a bird who was trying to gnaw out of the cage.
Anyway, the bird market is near the flower market, which is litterally (Get it? Hahaha. No.) covered in flowers.
Everything is so much cheaper here than in Tokyo, even if it is the same product, which I'm glad for. However, not everyone speaks English, and my mother keeps on speaking in Japanese. Strange. Not to mention I keep on singing the "I don't like fish" song in French. Yeah.
