Some Riddles and Puzzles=]

They may be tricky, think out of the box!


1.) I pass before the sun, yet make no shadow. What am I?

2.) What goes around the World but always stays on the corner?

3.) Sergi and Sally where sitting in their family room one night. While Sergi was watching T.V his wife Sally was reading. All of a sudden the power went out and Sergi decided to go to bed, but Sally kept on reading. With no use of artificial light, Sally kept on reading. How?

4.) You are on an island in the middle of a lake. The lake is in a remote part of the country and there has never been a bridge connecting the island to the mainland.
Every day a tractor and wagon gives hay rides around the island. Puzzled as to how the tractor had gotten onto the island, you ask around and find out that the tractor was not transported to the island by boat or by air. Nor was it built on the island.

Explain how the tractor got there?

5.) Why cant you take a photo of an indian woman using hair curlers?

6.) What is it that when you take away the whole, you still have some left over?

7.) I never was, am always to be,
No one ever saw me, nor ever will
And yet I am the confidence of all
To live and breathe on this terrestrial ball.
